Dùng tay cuộn tròn bột lại rồi cho bột vào khuôn. Dùng chổi nhúng lòng đỏ trứng phết đều lên mặt bánh rồi rắc mè trắng lên. Bật lò ở 180 độ C 10 phút trước khi nướng rồi cho khay bột vào lò nướng trong 18 phút.
Bánh chín mang ra ngoài đợi nguội thì lấy ra khỏi khuôn và thưởng thức!
