Đem nướng bánh trong khoảng 35 – 40 phút. Sau khi bánh chín, mở hé cửa lò cho hơi bay bớt, nhưng đừng lấy bánh ra vội, đợi thêm khoảng vài phút rồi hãy lấy bánh ra.
Trộn phần nước và phần mật ong còn lại. Bánh chín, dùng chổi phết đều lên bề mặt bánh trước khi lấy bánh ra khỏi khuôn. Khi đã lấy bánh ra rồi ngay lập tức dùng màng thực phẩm bọc bánh lại rồi đặt bánh vào tủ lạnh ít nhất 12 giờ, úp mặt bánh xuống dưới.
Khi ăn, cắt thành từng lát mỏng. Có thể làm nhiều, sau đó đặt lên ngăn đá có thể sử dụng trong vòng 1 tháng hoặc để bánh trong tủ lạnh ngăn mát và dùng trong vòng 5 ngày.
