Khi đậu hũ trứng chín, cho tôm đã ướp vào nồi và đậy nắp trong 1 phút. Thêm một lượng thích hợp của dầu hào, bột thịt gà, và đổ vào lượng nước lọc vào vừa đủ xăm xắp mặt, đun sôi trở lại là được.
